Team USA FlingGolf — Britain's Cup London Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by JH3 Properties LLC ("Sponsor"). Sponsor contact: team@usaflinggolf.org.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chance of winning. Open only to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period & Ticket Limit

The entry period begins on April 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on July 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT, or when all 125 tickets have been sold — whichever comes first.

Limited to 125 tickets total. Once all 125 tickets are claimed, the entry period closes immediately and the drawing will be held early (within 7 days of sell-out). The exact date and time of an early drawing will be announced via email to all ticket holders.

If tickets remain unsold, the drawing will be held live online using a random number generator on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase entry (limited to 125 tickets total):

• The Supporter ($50) — Team USA FlingGolf hat only; does not count as a ticket or giveaway entry.
• The Player ($100) — One (1) ticket with one (1) giveaway entry.
• The Pro Bundle ($135) — One (1) ticket with two (2) giveaway entries + Team USA FlingGolf hat.

Each Player or Pro Bundle purchase counts as one (1) ticket toward the 125-ticket limit. Pro Bundle holders receive two entries per ticket, giving them double the chance of winning compared to a single Player ticket.

B. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, mail a 3×5 index card with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to:

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per envelope. Entries must be postmarked by July 10, 2026 and received by July 14, 2026. Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

5. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

• Roundtrip airfare from the continental United States to London, UK for two (2) people — covered up to $1,200 per person (total airfare budget $2,400). Flights must originate from an airport within the continental United States. Winner is responsible for any overage above the budget, seat upgrades, baggage fees, or change fees.
• Hotel accommodations for two (2) people in London for the duration of the trip (August 27–31, 2026).
• Two (2) practice rounds with Team USA FlingGolf pros at the Britain's Cup course — winner may choose traditional Golf or FlingGolf format for the rounds.
• Two (2) spectator tickets to watch Team USA compete at the Britain's Cup.

Estimated total retail value (ETRV): approximately $3,500 USD.

Cash alternative: If the winner cannot travel on the stated dates or prefers cash in lieu of the trip, Sponsor will award a cash prize of $3,000 USD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random number generator from all eligible entries on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST, or within 7 days of all 125 tickets being sold — whichever comes first. The drawing will be streamed live online. All ticket holders will be notified of the drawing date/time by email. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing.

If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours of the first notification attempt, or fails to respond, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Taxes & Liability

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the fair market value of the prize exceeds $600 USD, winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive a 1099-MISC from Sponsor.

Winner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents (including passport and any required visa) at their own expense. Sponsor is not responsible for the winner's inability to obtain a passport or for any entry denials by UK Border Force. Winner must be able to travel on the stated dates; no date or destination substitutions (other than the cash alternative described in Section 5) will be offered.

8. Payment & Refunds

Purchase entries are collected via credit/debit card, Venmo (@Jh3properties), Cash App ($jh3holdings), or cash/check by arrangement. Payment must be received to confirm paid entry. All sales are final; purchased entries are non-refundable once the drawing is held. If the giveaway is canceled by Sponsor prior to the drawing, all paid entries will be refunded in full within 14 days.

9. Release

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its agents, employees, and affiliates from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. General

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas (where Sponsor is based) and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Travis County, Texas.

These official rules may be updated by Sponsor to correct errors or clarify terms, and the current version will always be posted at flinggolfusa-uk.vercel.app/rules.
